British rock band Coldplay is set to hold its first ever concert here in Taiwan tomorrow night, and word is, security is tight.

Concert organizers have banned bags and luggage larger than an A3 sheet of paper from the event grounds. They say no storage lockers will be provided.

Glass and canned drink containers, as well as long umbrellas and folding chairs area also not allowed at the venue.

As an added incentive, concert-goers carrying belongings smaller than 12-by-17 centimeters can pass through security via a priority lane.

The Tuesday and Wednesday shows at THSR Taoyuan Station Plaza are just two of 60 concerts on the band’s worldwide “A Head Full of Dreams” tour.

Coldplay reportedly added the Wednesday show, after tickets for Tuesday were snapped up within the first hour of going on sale.
