It’s that time of the year again when journalists from all over the world come to Taipei to cover the latest information and technology trade show, Computex Taipei 2014.

At today’s press conference, TAITRA, organizer of Computex, said this year all eyes will be on wearable and handheld devices. 59 exhibitors will showcase their wearable devices, and more than 70 suppliers will offer handheld products.

Computex is also a good place to see upcoming high-tech laptops. Each year Taiwan-based Acer and Asustech launch new products there. A visit to their booths will give visitors a clear idea of what’s going to be dominating Taiwan’s PC market in the coming months.

The show mainly provides a platform for buyers and suppliers to make deals. But still, consumers will find it very informative.

Unfortunately, the general public can only visit the show on Saturday, June 7th. The exhibition runs from June 2nd to 7th.
