Taiwanese Kpop star Chou Tzuyu is the 3rd most beautiful face of 2017 on an international rankings list
TC Candler is back again with its annual “Most Beautiful Faces” list, and the 18 year old TWICE member has climbed to new heights this year.
Chou’s made the list since debuting with the 9-member girl band back in 2015.
Last year, the Tainan beauty was ranked 8th.
This year’s list is topped by Filipino-American actress-model-singer Liza Soberano, followed by French model and actress Thylane Blondeau.
