And continuing with its tally of top-earning Taiwan celebs…..
The Apple Daily has released its list of the highest-earning hosts.
Top of the list is outspoken and out-of-the-box Dee Hsu, who raked in $117.6 million NT so far this year.
The former singer survived 2014’s Top Pot Bakery scandal, ended her highly successful run on talk show “Kangsi Coming”, and still managed to make bank this year due to her new online show “Older Sister is So Hungry”, which earns the star $4.8 million NT per episode.
Taking the number two spot is veteran host Woo Gwa, who made $107.9 million NT this year.
After over 30 years in the entertainment business, Woo says he is grateful for his fans, and happy to have work.
Last year’s top earner Jacky Wu slides to third this year, with $106.4 million NT.
And rounding out the top five, are Tao Ching-ying with $93 million NT, and former news anchor Patty Hou, with $830 million NT.
