Electropop dance queen Jeannie Hsieh is set to be the highest-earning performer for the year-end party season, racking up a whopping $40 million NT in earnings so far.

With major companies rolling out the cash for star-studded shows to entertain employees at their end-of-the-year banquets, celebs are pulling in millions per show.

According to Apple Daily, top-earning Jeannie Hsieh, who earned the nickname “Sister” from her 2013 earworm of a smash hit single, is signed on for 20 year-end parties around the island.

Close behind in second place is singer-songwriter Jam Hsiao, earning $35 million for 10 shows.

Pop powerhouse A-Lin takes third with $30-million for 20 performances.

The aboriginal singer of Amis descent is riding a wave of popularity after competing in the mainland Chinese reality show “I Am a Singer” this year, and coming in sixth.

Rounding out the top five are Huang Pin-yuan earning $20-billion for 10 shows, and Jolin Tsai, earning $10 billion for 2 shows.

Reports say some perennial favorites will be absent from the year-end party circuit:

Five-man alternative rock band Mayday is busy working on a new album. Newly-minted family man Jay Chou is spending time with wife Hannah Quinlivan and their baby daughter. And singer-songwriter-producer Leehom Wang is recovering from a throat injury.
