Chou Tzuyu (third from right), the Taiwan member of South Korean girl group Twice will attend the Mnet Asia Music Awards with her bandmates tonight.
The Kpop group is heading to Hong Kong for tonight’s ceremony.
Chou, 16, was born in Tai-nan. She joined South Korea’s JYP Entertainment as an intern three years ago and was chosen at a TV reality show to be a member of the new band Twice this year.
The group released their debut song in October, and the song has already garnered nearly 15 million views on YouTube.
Tonight, Twice will be vying for the title of “Best Girls Band” with another four bands.
Those interested can can watch a live broadcast of the ceremony on MTV channel or on MAMA’s website starting at 7 PM tonight.
The red carpet arrivals begin at 5 PM.
