A culinary fashion show that has broadened from just simple cooking to grand displays of culture, skill, and kitchenware, the Taiwan Culinary Exhibition at the Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1 promises to provide a festive experience for all those who attend.

The exhibition will be held from July 17th to 20th from 9:30-17:30, and embraces a diversity that allows Taiwanese cuisine to walk the international runway. More than 620 booths with top chefs from both local and international locations will showcase their dishes and give live demonstrations.

With a rare chance to take classes with these renowned chefs and learn how to cook Taiwanese and international delicacies like blue fin tuna and duck breast, the Taiwan Culinary Exhibition will prove to be an unforgettable experience.
