Taiwan has ranked the world’s the 17th richest country from 2009 to 2013 according to an analysis by Global Finance Magazine.

The survey was based on per capita income adjusted for purchasing power.

According to the rankings, Qatar was listed as the world’s richest country in the world, ahead of Luxembourg, Singapore, Norway and Brunei.

Taiwan was ahead of Germany, Kuwait, Denmark, Belgium and Japan.

The rankings were based on the countries’ performance in 2013.
