Chuang Kai Ping "Dim light of city-8"

Here's a watercolor piece by Chuang Kai Ping titled "Dim light of city-8" which can be seen at YAT 2015.

Art lovers, rejoice! Mark your calendars for one of the biggest art fairs in Taiwan. Young Art Taipei (YAT) is back in its seventh consecutive year. It’s the leading contemporary hotel art fair in Asia, and every year young artists from around the world who are under the age of 45 show off their work.

Last year alone, there were over 75 international galleries that showcased work ranging from sculptures to paintings to photographs. This year 10 countries will be represented at the show such as Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia and of course Taiwan.

YAT is perfect for collectors, gallery owners, and especially for art aficionados since there’s a lot of the art that’s affordable for the masses.

This year’s show will also feature a “PHOTO EYE” section which will showcase up-and-coming contemporary photographers from Taiwan, Japan, Korea and more!

YAT will be taking place at the Sheraton Grande Taipei, just next to the Shandao Temple MRT Station, from April 24th to April 26th (12 P.M. to 8 P.M.)
