The Taipei Children’s Amusement Park is due to officially open tomorrow to replace the old Yuanshan Park that has been in use for 80 years.

Taipei officials say admission is NT$30 per person, and there’s a fee of either NT$20 or NT$30 for each of the 13 rides and attractions, and EasyCards can be used for all the expenses.

The park, which cost NT$2 billion to build, is located on Cheng-de Road and could be reached by shuttle buses going back and forth between the park and Taipei MRT Jiantan or Shilin Stations.

The opening hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Tuesday to Sunday. On Saturday and during summer and winter vacations, the hours extend to 8 pm. It’s closed on Monday.

There’s also a food court with a capacity of 1,200 people at the park.
