The TV drama Sons of Anarchy is concluding its seven-season run on December 9, and Ed Sheeran has released a new (and perfect) single that befits the occasion.

The song is a cover of Irish singer-songwriter Foy Vance’s “Make It Rain”, a song Sheeran performed several times during his tour over this summer.

Sheeran’s cover is soulful, moving, and not to mention incredibly sexy, showing off a raw, gritter side of him that is quite a stark contrast to the songs on his latest album x.
