Hey! Be careful! You're going to break something! You're like a bull in a
china shop!

Have you heard of the phrase, "bull in a china shop" before?
你聽過這句片語嗎？

A china shop is a shop that sells a lot of porcelain plates and cups. China
shop是賣很多瓷器的店。And these can break very easily.

Now imagine a bull in a china shop!

That doesn't sound very safe, does it? 公牛在瓷器店裡面應該很危險！

A bull running around a china shop would probably break almost everything!

I haven't heard of a real case of a bull being in a china shop.

But I have heard of a bull in a hospital!

This actually happened in Colombia! 哥倫比亞是南美洲一個國家。

Everyone at the hospital was really surprised when a bull ran into the
building!

People were really scared and of course got out of the way!
醫院裡面的人看到牛害怕得尖叫。

People finally managed to get the animal under control and bring it out of
the hospital.

Luckily nobody was too badly hurt. 還好沒有人受到很嚴重的傷害。

A lot of things were broken though because the bull ran into a lot of chairs
and walls!

The owner of the animal went to the hospital later to say sorry to everyone
there.

But nobody knows why the bull went into the hospital in the first place!

Try Meditation!

Remember the cartoon 'Kung Fu Panda'? 有看過功夫熊貓嗎？

Sometimes Master Oo-Gui or Master Shi Fu sit on the ground… close their eyes
and do… ummm... nothing!

Actually, they're doing something called 'meditating'.

Meditating 的意思是冥想。

It's a long English word, but it really just means stopping everything…
closing your eyes… breathing... and trying to be calm.

沉思冥想基本上就是停止一切事情，就像打坐。

Meditating can make you feel better. Lots of people do it to help them relax!

Kids can try it, too! Some people can meditate for an hour!

But I can't. I can only meditate for a few minutes... but that's okay.

If you want to try it, here's what you do...

Find a quiet place… sit down... close your eyes… take nice big breaths...
and think about… nothing!

Vaccine Explainer for Kids

I don't like getting a shot. The needle always hurts a little … it's not
super painful … but it's not fun.

But...I know, sometimes getting a shot is good for me. Soon, there will be a
shot for COVID-19. It's called a "vaccine."

Spinach Bomb Detectors

We all know vegetables are good for us, right? Well, did you know that one of
the healthiest vegetables is spinach? 你知道嗎?
