Actors Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly are in Taiwan this week to promote their new superhero movie – “Ant-Man and the Wasp.”
Lilly arrived on the island late Sunday while Rudd arrived here in Taiwan this morning.
Rudd waved to members of the press and fans on his arrival at Taoyuan International Airport and told them this was his first visit to Taiwan.
Local media also reports that Rudd visited the National Palace Museum in Taipei earlier today.
Rudd and Lilly are the first stars of a Marvel Pictures superhero movie to visit Taiwan in more than 10-years to hold promotional events.
And they’re scheduled to hold a press conference and meet fans this Wednesday at a red carpet event to be held at the National Theater and Concert Hall Plaza.
“Ant-Man and the Wasp” will hit theaters in Taiwan on July 4th.
