On this week’s show we speak with Rina Tsou, a young Taiwanese filmmaker of Filipino descent. Her short film Arnie portraying the life of a Filipino fisherman serving aboard a Taiwanese fishing boat  was recently screened in the International Critics Week section at the Cannes Film Festival. We discuss her film and her perspective on the immigrant experience in Taiwan.
