The Taichung Tourism Bureau says the city is ready to host the 2015 International Flower Carpet Festival – where visitors will be welcomed by an 11-meter-tall kaleidoscope this year.
The annual flower festival will be held from tomorrow through December 8th and the theme this year is ‘Kaleidoscope Fantasy’ at the Xinshe Flower Sea.
The city has invited flower and bulb growers from the Netherlands to participate in this year’s festival for the first time.
This year’s flower festival will also serve as a prelude to the 2018 International Flower Exhibition that is also scheduled to be held in Taichung.
