The American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei this morning released its 2014 White Paper, an annual document that assesses Taiwan’s business climate and identifies priority issues.

In the publication, AmCham Taipei notes that it has noticed major positive developments in the past year in the areas of investment policy, intellectual property rights, cross-border data flow, banking, education, technical barriers to trade and so on.

I had an exclusive interview with the Chamber’s Chairman Thomas Fann after a press conference for the release of the White Paper.
