Superhero Kids Are Saving the Earth

The Earth needs a lot of help. Who can help? One man says kids can help the
Earth! 有個人說小朋友可以幫助地球!

The man made a game for kids. The game helps them save the Earth! In this
game, kids are superheroes.

How do kids play the game? First, they make a superhero group. Superheroes

Powerlifter with Down Syndrome Has 5 Gold Medals

Dan is a powerlifter. Powerlifting is a sport. Powerlifters lift very heavy
weights. In competitions, the lifter of the heaviest weight wins.

Dan is a very good powerlifter. He wins competitions all over the world. This
summer, Dan won a gold medal in France. But becoming a powerlifter was not
easy for him. Dan has Down Syndrome. Down Syndrome

Because of Down Syndrome, Dan can't hear in one ear. And because of Down

Town Stops Clock Bell After 500 Years

Do you like going to see people and places? I do! I try to be a good visitor.
Sometimes it's not easy, but I keep trying.

In Italy, many visitors go to a beautiful town. It has a 500-year old clock.
All visitors see and hear it. The clock bell rang every hour. All morning,
afternoon, and evening, visitors liked hearing the bell.

But late at night, they didn't like hearing the bell.

Water is Life, Water is Food

Today is World Food Day. This year, it's all about water.

Museum to Give Back Important Headdress

Indigenous people are the first to live in a place. Taiwan has many
Indigenous groups: Amis people, Paiwan people, Atayal people, and others.
原住民指的是最開始定居在一個地方的族群。台灣有很多原住民族，像是阿美族、排灣族、泰雅族等等。

Indigenous groups live all over the world. They have sacred traditions and
beliefs. These are very, very important things the groups do and think.
世界各地都有原住民。他們有神聖的傳統跟信仰，這對他們做事情或是思考的方式非常重要。

They have sacred things. Some are headdresses. These are beautiful head
coverings. They have important meanings.
他們有神聖的東西，例如頭飾，也就是戴在頭上的美麗裝飾，這些都有重要的意義。

The Siksika Nation is an Indigenous group in Canada. About one hundred thirty
years ago, a man from the UK took a sacred headdress from them. Then he took
it back to the UK. It was in a museum there for more than one hundred years.
西格西卡人是加拿大原住民。130年前，一名英國男子拿走族人的頭飾，帶回英國，收藏在博物館裡超過100年。

The Siksika headdress has eagle and hawk feathers. It has buffalo horns and
porcupine quills. Long ago, an important woman wore it to important religious
