Tainan beauty and Kpop superstar Chou Tzuyu is the world’s 2nd most beautiful face!

The 19-year-old TWICE band member is back on TC Candler’s annual “Most Beautiful Faces” list, with her highest ranking to-date.

She placed 3rd in 2017, 8th in 2016, and 13th in 2015

Several of Tzuyu’s band mates also made the list, including Sana in 46th place, and Jeong-yeong at 66th.

Taking the top spot this year was 2017 runner-up and French model Thylane Blondeau.
