Taiwan Railway Corp. resumes normal operations, but only on some lines

The Taiwan Railway Corporation says that its western trunk line and
south-link line are back to normal operation ... but the north link line and
Yilan line are still under repair.

The latter two lines have been hit with severe treefall damage. Crews are
working to clear the lines, and the railway expects to return to normal
service by 3pm.

Some trains on the eastern trunk line have resumed normal service, but others
have been suspended ... and still others have been shortened.
