Champi's path remains uncertain

The Central Weather Administration says Typhoon Champi is expected to
intensify over the next five days into what one forecaster is calling a
"super El Nino typhoon."

As of 2am, Champi was located 3,300 kilometers southeast of Taiwan's southern
tip and moving west-northwest at 22 km/h.

Most weather models are putting it on course to reach Taiwan, though it's too
early to be certain.
