Education Ministry reiterates it's not sending minors onto battlefields

The Ministry of Education is rebutting social media posts that claim its
"School Youth Service Mobilization Preparedness Plan" is aimed at
conscripting underage students to go to war.

The ministry reiterated that the program isn't going to send students to
battlefields. Rather, it's intended to give them basic knowledge and skills
in disaster prevention, first aid, self-rescue, and mutual assistance.

Schools will be expected to support operations related to evacuation
guidance, community care and public services.

The ministry highlighted that the plan explicitly excludes military and
policing duties.
