NTU the top pick for recruiting among employers: Survey

A survey released on Friday by job bank 1111 revealed that NTU is the
university with graduates who are most favored by employers.

National Cheng Kung University is in second place, followed by National
Taipei University of Technology and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.

The top 10 is rounded out by National Taiwan University of Science and
Technology, National Tsing Hua University, National Chengchi University,
Tamkang University, National Central University, and Fu Jen Catholic
University.

The latest survey also found that more than half of employers prefer to hire
fresh graduates with part-time experience, reflecting their growing emphasis
on recruits' workplace readiness and emotional maturity.
