The Tai-Ex opened up 141-points this morning from yesterday's close, at
43,449 on turnover of 11.4-billion N-T.

The market recorded its 7th steepest single-session point fall on Tuesday, as
selling was triggered by a plunge among tech stocks on Wall Street overnight
amid lingering concerns over massive A-I spending.
