Posted on 2026-10-29 14:51:14
Meanwhile,

Puma Shen says, his office is responding to attempted attacks on his website
from foreign IP addresses.

The Taipei mayoral hopeful says, his office will adhere to the highest data
protection standards.

Shen says, in the first attempt, hackers attempted to access the official
system but failed to do so...

adding that, in the second attempt, hackers attempted to interfere with the
ability to download certain materials.

Shen stressed that his team had upgraded verification mechanisms to improve
cybersecurity.
