Macron Rejects Trump's Claims About Unrest in France

French President Emmanuel Macron has rejected U-S President Donald Trump's
claims that Muslim migrants are responsible for unrest in France, calling the
allegations 'completely false'.

Trump and leading Republicans have highlighted the protests ahead of U-S
midterm elections, blaming immigrants for the violence.

France has seen demonstrations over the rising cost of living and student
grievances about underfunded schools.

French authorities have not linked the unrest to Muslim migrants, and the
exact makeup of the protesters remains unclear.
