Taiwan Hot Spring and Fine-Cuisine Carnival Underway

As the weather starts to cool, hot spring season is ramping up.

The 2026-27 Taiwan Hot Spring and Fine-Cuisine Carnival is underway, bringing
together 19 hot spring areas across the island.

The current campaign combines Taiwan's mineral springs with local food,
hiking, culture and accommodation, giving travelers plenty of reasons to turn
a soak into a full getaway.

Chef Edward Lee, known from Netflix's Culinary Class Wars, is joining the
campaign as one of its hot spring travel guides.

The Lishan-Guguan Light Art Festival is one of the carnival hot spots ...
where visitors can pair a daytime soak with nighttime light displays through
November 1st.

The nationwide hot spring campaign continues through June 30th next year.
