TTTIFA Parade on Saturday

Taipei's historic Dadaocheng district is being transformed into a stage for
local and international artists at the Tua-Tiu-Tiann International Festival
of Arts.

Organizers say the festival blends the neighborhood's cultural history with a
playful, contemporary spirit.

Music Global curator Matt Fullen describes one of the festival's main events
that takes place this afternoon -- a street parade featuring historical and
creative costumes


Now in its 12th year, triple-T I-F-A (TTTIFA) is a festival of dance, music,
lectures and theatre -- set against the backdrop of one of Taipei's oldest
neighborhoods.
