South Korea's military says it has concluded that North Korea planted mines that injured three South Korean soldiers at their heavily fortified border last month.
South Korea is calling on the North to apologize and remove any remaining mines.
The announcement comes days after North Korea denied responsibility for the September 21st explosions and threatened "merciless" retaliation if provoked.
South Korea had earlier said there was a "very high possibility" that mines planted by North Korea caused the blasts.
