Chiayi County Launches Raffle as YouBike Rides Near 2 Million
Posted on 2026-10-05 19:08:13
Chiayi County is launching a raffle campaign as its YouBike system approaches
two million rides.

The campaign runs through November 5th ... with riders earning one raffle
entry for every five rides.

The top prize is a 5-thousand NT voucher ... with other prizes including
200-NT vouchers, outdoor cooking sets and sports bags.

The county currently has 188 YouBike stations and 1-thousand-550 bicycles
serving 16 townships and cities.

Officials plan to expand the network to 240 stations and 1-thousand-800
bicycles by the first quarter of next year.

But officials say they will also review stations with low usage ... and may
relocate bikes or remove stations to concentrate resources in areas with
greater demand.
