Pres, VP plug anniversary event

The DPP has released a video this morning featuring President Lai Ching-te
and Vice President Hsiao Bi-khim promoting the party's founding 40th
anniversary event tomorrow.

The event will take place on Taipei's Beiping East Road, with candidates for
mayor and magistrate taking part in two choral performances.

A press release today says that television host Liu Pin Wei 劉品薇 and DPP
spokesperson Wu Zheng will host the event.

Also featured at the event are Hakka artist Wang Zhong Wei 王鍾惟, award-winning
singer PiA Wu Pei Ya 吳蓓雅, and others.

Wu Zheng added that a surprise performance is planned for the event

All members of the public are invited to participate in the concert, and
attendees are encouraged to utilize public transit to avoid headaches over
parking.
