Russian Drone Attacks Hit Kyiv Region

Russian forces have resumed drone attacks on Ukraine's Kyiv region, striking
buildings and storage depots and disrupting civilian life and the economy.

Officials in the southern Kherson region are warning residents to prepare for
a difficult winter, including possible power outages, and advising some to
relocate.

Ukrainian officials say Russian strikes are aimed at exhausting the country's
air defenses and population, while the attacks are also weighing on economic
growth.

Ukraine continues to carry out its own long-range strikes against Russian
infrastructure in response.
