The Central Weather Administration says Typhoon Dolphin is weakening as it heads toward China's Zhejiang province ... but it's also issuing wind and rain advisories.
Heavy rain warnings are currently set for areas ranging from Keelung to Taichung City.
Strong wind advisories are in effect for a broader swath of northern Taiwan ... as well as for Nantou, Pingtung and Taitung counties.
Tomorrow's probability of precipitation is at least 40 percent in most areas north of and including Chiayi.
Temperatures are forecast to be lower tomorrow in the north: 30 degrees in Taipei; 31 degrees in central Taiwan; highs down south are expected to be around 34 degrees.
