Russia kills 7 more

Now turning to international news...

Russia has launched another wave of attacks across Ukraine, killing at least
7 people and wounding dozens more.

The strikes hit overnight into this morning, from the east to the far west of
the country.

In one region, Russia killed 6 people, including 3 kids.

In the western city of Lviv, usually far from the front, a missile attack
injured about thirty people, and damaged homes, a school, and two
kindergartens.

The capital Kyiv was also hit, with ballistic missiles killing a man and
damaging homes and a market.

Officials say these large-scale strikes have become almost weekly through the
summer, as Russia steps up its bombardment of Ukrainian cities.
