CPC raises gasoline and diesel prices from today

And finally,

C-P-C has raised gasoline and diesel prices from today following a spike in
international crude oil prices due to escalating tensions in the Middle East.

The state refiner has increased gasoline prices by 0.7 N-T per liter, and has
raised diesel prices by 0.5 N-T per liter next week.

The move means that the price of 92 octane unleaded now stands at 30.5 N-T
per liter, while the price of premium diesel is now 29.3 N-T a liter.

Under C-P-C's floating price mechanism, the average international oil price
rose to 90.08 U-S dollars per barrel last week.

That was up from 78.82 U-S dollars a barrel the previous week.
