Taiwan has come a long way from receiving foreign aid to becoming a country
that now helps others.

Marking the 30th anniversary of the International Cooperation and Development
Fund ...

... Foreign Minister Lin Chia-lung says Taiwan is now sharing its expertise
in various high tech industries with partner countries through what he calls
"integrated diplomacy".

Lin says Taiwan, though the Diplomatic Allies Prosperity Project, is turning
its strengths in areas such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence and
digital governance into practical cooperation with partner countries
overseas.
