Airlee clinic chief indicted

The chairman of Airlee Clinic has been indicted on charges of attempted rape
and violating a protection order.

That's as the aesthetic clinic was already under scrutiny for privacy
violations.

Taipei prosecutors say there was ample evidence against Chang Ju-shan (常如山)
for the attempted rape charge...

including testimony from the victim, suspect, and witnesses, as well as
security camera footage, communications recrods, DNA evidence, and medical
documents.

The indictment states that a female acquaintance accused Chang of trying to
rape her, and a protection order was issued against him in February.

But prosecutors say that he continues to harass her.

Chang has been detained incommunicado since May 8 over his alleged
involvement in privacy violations at Airlee.
