Taiwan startups visiting Belgium to seek cooperation and to expand markets

Several Taiwan startups are visiting Belgium this week to seek cooperation
and to expand their global exposure.

The delegation is being led by the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University's
Center of Industry Accelerator and Patent Strategy.

According to the university, the 10 startups include those involved in the
medical, sustainable agriculture, smart manufacturing, and sports technology
sectors.

The university says along with holding meetings with local Belgian companies,
representatives form the startups are also receiving briefings from the
Belgian Technology Industry Alliance to better understand the county's
technology industry structure.

The Center of Industry Accelerator and Patent Strategy says all all 10
participating startup teams are seeking to expand into the European market.
