Taoyuan Airport Skytrain to Suspend Service for Terminal 3 Project

Taoyuan International Airport says its inter-terminal Skytrain service in the
public area will be suspended beginning July 1st.

Passengers traveling between Terminals 1 and 2 will instead need to use the
Taoyuan Airport MRT or a 24-hour shuttle bus service.

Airport officials say the suspension is needed to accommodate construction
work connecting the new Terminal 3 to existing facilities.

The change only affects the Skytrain operating before security.

The Skytrain operating after security will continue running as normal.

The airport says the work is part of preparations for the future opening of
Terminal 3.
