Earthquake update/corrected

An earthquake shook the east coast just before 3pm today with a magnitude of
5.6.

The quake was centered nearly 70 kilometers northeast of Taitung County Hall,
in the ocean.

The earthquake took place at a depth of nearly 23 kilometers.

It was felt at a maximum intensity of 4 in Taitung and Hualien. In greater
Taipei, the intensity level was 1.
