Taiwan is sending a delegation of 27 startups to SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026, a major innovation conference opening this coming Monday, April 27th.
The National Development Council says the three-day event is expected to attract over 60 thousand participants and 700 startups from around the world.
Taiwan will participate for the third year in a row, featuring its largest-ever national pavilion to showcase strengths in artificial intelligence, deep tech, and sustainability ...
... led by the Startup Island Taiwan initiative.
Officials say the delegation aims to secure new partnerships and investment.
Key highlights include the expected signing of a memorandum of understanding between Taiwanese autonomous driving developer Turing Drive and Japanese partners.
Officials say the event will also serve as a hub for regional exchange, with plans for a dedicated "Asia MirAI Day" to connect Taiwanese founders with peers from across Southeast Asia.
