Tainan takes part in Uk food exhibition

Tainan Mayor Huang Wei Zhe was in London yesterday to take part in the
International Food and Drink Event's opening day.

That's as Taiwan's oldest city is showing multiple Tainan products at the
three day event.

Huang said that producers are focused on food safety and meeting
international standards to carve out a niche in the global market.

6 Tainan companies are exhibiting at the Tainan Pavilion, showing off a wide
range of items, including fruits both fresh and dried, juices, tea, snacks,
and more.

At the opening of the pavilion, the city's fish and food processors signed a
memorandum of understanding on cooperation with a local logistics company to
promote the products in the UK.
