HPA advises against outdoor activity as air quality hits red level

The Health Promotion Administration is advising against outdoor activity for
those in Taipei and Kinmen...

as the air quality has hit a red-alert level in both areas.

Red alerts indicate unhealthy air quality for all groups.

They're also advising the public to wear a mask outside and to use an air
purifier inside if available.

In addition to Taipei and Kinmen, there are also orange level alerts in place
along much of the west coast.

That means, the HPA recommends that children, the elderly, and the
immunocompromised reduce outdoor activity and close doors and windows.
