Traffic restrictions during holidays for tomb-sweeping

Taipei officials are reminding people of traffic restrictions on holidays
from this weekend to the Tomb-Sweeping Day.

The Taipei Transportation Department says roads around Fu-de (富德), Nan-gang
and Yang-ming-shan cemeteries will be closed to vehicles between 5:30 AM and
5 PM except for public buses.

Officials say people can take five routes of free shuttle buses instead.

The buses will run between the cemeteries and mass transit points, including
Taipei MRT’s Ling-guang (麟光) Station, Taipei Zoo Station, and parking lots
on Yang-ming-shan.

Most of those buses will run at intervals of 3 to 10 minutes.

Officials say there are a total of 10 holiday from this weekend until April
6th.
