The Netherlands has a new minority government led by Rob Yetten (Jetten), the
country’s youngest-ever and first openly gay prime minister.

King Willem Alec-shangder (Alexander) swore in Yetten (Jetten) and his
ministers today at the royal palace in The Hague.

Yetten (Jetten) leads a three-party coalition with only 66 seats in
parliament. He needs opposition votes for every new law.

The newly merged Green Left and Labor already oppose his plans to cut health
and welfare costs.

Yetten (Jetten) says he wants a new era of consensus and a stronger role in
the European Union.

His Cabinet keeps the finance minister but changes foreign affairs, defense,
and migration posts.
