Taoyuan International Airport says most flights are operating normally as of this morning.
It says some international services could still face delays due to route and airspace limits in the Taipei Flight Information Region.
The Civil Aviation Administration says the disruption could affect more than 100-thousand international passengers.
The agency says about 296 international flights are scheduled to depart Taiwan and 265 to arrive, with about 296 more transiting the area during the drill period today
It also says 84 domestic flights to Kinmen and Matsu have been canceled, affecting about 6-thousand passengers.
The airport says contingency plans are in place, and urges travelers to check with airlines for the latest updates and follow on-site guidance if schedules change.
