Anti migrant group blocks foreigners from health clinics in S. Africa

In South Africa, an anti-migrant group is blocking foreigners from public
health clinics in the country.

Members of Operation Dudula are demanding local identity documents and
turning away those without them.

The Johannesburg High Court has called the group's actions unlawful... and
the local government says health care is available to all under the law.

But Operation Dudula's popularity is rising in the country, which has seen
waves of sometimes deadly anti-immigrant sentiment.

Some migrants have fled to seek care in areas where the group isn't active.
