Four dead after car rams into construction site in Hsinchu City

And,

Four people has been killed after their car crashed into a residential
construction site at the intersection in Hsinchu City.

Authorities say two males were found dead at the scene, while two others were
taken to the hospital unconscious and in critical condition and later died.

Two of the four were minors under the age of 18.

Police say five people were in the car and a 15 year-old left the scene after
the crash.

Officers later tracked him down - and he has reportedly told authorities he
wasn't driving the car at the time of the crash.

An investigation into the cause of the accident is still underway.
