This comes as the Central Weather Administration said sea and land warnings for Typhoon Ragasa are likely to be issued tomorrow.
The storm is expected to come closest to Taiwan between Monday night and Tuesday, with a chance of intensifying into a strong typhoon.
Forecasters say Ragasa's storm radius has already expanded to 200 kilometers and could grow to 300.
Heavy rain is expected from Monday through early Wednesday, especially along the east and in the south.
Forecasters warn that Ragasa may become the strongest typhoon in the Northwest Pacific so far this year, with maximum sustained wind speeds possibly exceeding 184 kilometers per hour.
