CPC Freezes July Natural Gas Prices Amid Global Uncertainty

CPC Corporation announced it will keep natural gas prices unchanged in July.

This is despite tensions in the Middle East and uncertainty in U-S trade
policies.

The state-owned company noted that global oil and gas prices remain highly
volatile, and holding prices steady supports the government's efforts to
stabilize inflation and protect consumers.

Although user prices remain below cost, the CPC said it will absorb the
difference.

Since 2021, the company has covered over $430 billion NT in price gaps, with
an additional $9.2 billion NT absorbed through May of this year alone.

The CPC said it will continue monitoring international market conditions and
review pricing as needed.
