Taiwan's first indigenous defense submarine Hai Kun sailed out of Kaohsiung Port this morning for a second sea acceptance test.
Many military fans tried to watch online, but the live camera at the port was turned off.
The shipbuilder asked the city to stop the stream for safety and secrecy reasons.
The camera went dark on Tuesday and will return after testing ends.
The Navy says the sub will do a few surface tests before diving to 50 meters, then 200 meters.
Full sea trials are set to finish by September 30th.
Navy Chief of Staff Vice Admiral Chiu Chun-rong has told lawmakers that delivery of the Hai Kun, also known as the Narwhal, is on schedule for November.
